This is Yangon. The ex-capital is full of majestic colonial buildings, built by the British long time ago, which are now stood abandoned, discolored, blackened by time and tropical downpours, surrounded by overgrown gardens, with birds flying freely in and out of empty eye sockets of the windows.

“Garden cafe, Bagan”
This painting is also from my travels in Burma. We stumbled upon this lovely little garden cafe in Bagan, an oasis of fresh greenery, which was a pleasant sight for the eyes tired from miles of orange-red dusty (although beautiful) landscape.
